Chef Garrett Priester & Sous Chef Jonathan DuPriest have prepared an authentic, five-course menu that showcases Southend's beers that are thoughtfully paired with dishes inspired by seasonal flavors and local ingredients with a unique smokehouse style twist. 

 

First Course: Local Oyster Trio

On the Half Shell with “Watch it Grow” Mignonette, smoked with Warm Bacon Gastrique & Micro Spinach and Fried & Tossed in House BBQ with Pineapple Relish

Second Course: Riptide Red Crispy Pork Belly

Sweet & Sour Onions, Baby Arugula, Chevre Goat Cheese, Toasted Walnuts
